Enzyme Extraction Protech
has developed the know how to cost effectively extract various enzyme from
target grains and legumes. This technology is patent pending and currently
being scaled up with one of Protech's commercial partners to produce both
new commercial enzymes and to also produce existing enzymes without genetic
or microbial modifications.
The extraction process uses a sophisticated biochemical control mechanism but conventional food equipment, with enzymes currently being produced in small, but commercial quantities. |
